Baked eggs with ground beef
1 lb ground beef
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown ground beef on the stove in a cast iron pan.
Make 4 indentations into the beef and crack an egg into each one.
Bake for around 15 minutes, the time varies based on how well done you’d like your eggs. If the beef starts drying out too much, cover the pan with foil.
Top with salt and butter.
