Bacon wrapped meatballs
1 lb ground beef
several slices of bacon (I used 8 slices for 16 meatballs)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix ground beef with salt if desired.
Form 16 meatballs.
Cut 8 strips of bacon in half and wrap each meatball with half a slice of bacon. Sit the meatball seam side down so they don’t come undone.
Bake for 15-25 minutes.
