Bacon wrapped meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • several slices of bacon (I used 8 slices for 16 meatballs)

  • salt (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix ground beef with salt if desired.

  3. Form 16 meatballs.

  4. Cut 8 strips of bacon in half and wrap each meatball with half a slice of bacon. Sit the meatball seam side down so they don’t come undone.

  5. Bake for 15-25 minutes.
