1/4 cup cocoa powder (or carob powder)
1/4 cup melted butter (can use coconut oil instead)
1/4 cup maple syrup (can use milk plus sweetener instead)
Mix all ingredients. fill muffin liners about 1/3 of the way. Place in freezer for at least an hour, and good luck waiting because they’re delicious!
This recipe can be adjusted to any amount, just keep the ratios equal. It’s also easy to adjust for dietary preferences. You can also top with things like crushed nuts, coconut, nut butter, etc.
