This is also a great substitute for a cheeseburger if you’re not eating dairy. Something about the butter and egg gives it a cheesy flavor, yummm!

Adjust amounts based on how much you like to eat.

  • 1/3 lb ground beef patty

  • 1-2 fried eggs

  • 3 slices of bacon (uncured and sugar free, depending on your dietary restrictions)

  • 1/2 tbsp butter or ghee (optional)

  • salt

1. Cook the beef patty with preferred cooking method (I usually pan fry) and top with butter and salt.

2. Put bacon on top of patty. Salt the fried egg(s) and put on top of bacon. DEVOUR IT!
